A Monthly Session for Spiritual Self-Care

The Halton Islamic Association’s Musallah (HIA) is a Sunni mosque located in Burlington, Ontario. Established in 2016, it serves as a place of worship and community for our Muslim brothers and sisters residing in the northern part of the city. 

The mosque provides a welcoming environment for English-speaking congregants. With a focus on inclusivity, HIA offers prayer space that is shared, allowing both men and women to worship together. Additionally, they have facilities for ablution (Odhu Facility) to enable visitors to perform the necessary rituals before prayer.

Accessibility is an important aspect of HIA. It offers accommodations to individuals with mobility needs, making prayer space available for wheelchair users.
The Halton Islamic Association’s Musallah is not just a place of prayer but also a center that fosters a sense of unity and connection among its members. Beyond religious services, the mosque serves as a hub for various community activities, providing a platform for individuals to come together, share their experiences, and learn from one another.
