Halton Masjid, also known as Halton Mosque, is a vibrant Islamic center located in Burlington, Ontario. Established in the late 1980s, it was created as a charitable organization to serve the local Muslim community by providing a place for worship and religious education. By the early 1990s, the community's dedication led to the completion of the mosque, which has since become a central hub for spiritual and educational services.

The mosque primarily follows Sunni traditions and conducts services in English, making it accessible to a diverse group of worshippers. Attendees can participate in five daily prayers, Jumu'ah prayers, as well as special ceremonies like Nikah (marriage) services and funeral prayers.

Halton Masjid offers various amenities to accommodate its visitors. There is a separate prayer space for women, along with facilities for ablution. Additionally, the mosque is equipped with wheelchair access in its prayer space, ensuring it is welcoming to all members of the community.

With its strong focus on community engagement and education, Halton Masjid continues to be a beacon of support and spiritual guidance for Muslims in Burlington and the surrounding areas.
