Masjid-Ar-Rahman of Coatesville, Pennsylvani
Masjid-Ar-Rahman was established and registered as a non-profit, religious organization in 2004 in the city of Coatesville, Pennsylvania to serve the Muslim community of Coatesville and its surrounding areas.
By the grace of Allah (SWT), we hold five daily prayers and weekly Jummah prayers at the mosque. In addition, we hold the two Eid prayers and perform Taraweeh daily in the blessed month of Ramadan.
Our goals include:
Establishing congregational prayers and carrying out other religious activities for Muslim men, women and children.
Practicing principles of moderation, tolerance, inclusiveness and conflict avoidance within the structural limits of the Quran and Sunnah in order to create unity among Muslims.Arranging facilities for Muslim members such as marriage ceremonies, funerals, and burials.
Developing mutual understanding with and among non-Muslims in order to communicate effectively the principles of Islam to them
