Very nice mosque with a very kind imam. it is a very peaceful and beautiful place for prayer. Suitable prayer hall for Friday prayer. 
Starting in the year 2007 initially we rented the SDFL Hall for Jumma and Taraweeh prayers only. Later on, we moved our Madrassa to SDFL too. Over the years a mutually trustworthy relationship was developed between us and SDFL. Other than the significant congregational prayers like Jumma, Taraweeh, and Eid, we used the SDFL hall mainly for the educational needs of the Muslim community.

In Ramadan 2014 we gave our services at SDFL a name; South Dublin Maktab (Lucan).

In 2018, South Dublin Maktab was granted a Charitable status by the Charities Regulatory Authority.
