Named the Sand Mosque, or Džamija Pijesci in Bosnian, this mosque is located in the village of Pijesci in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Part of the Sunni denomination, the mosque features services primarily in Bosnian.

The Sand Mosque takes care catering towards all its devotees, including women. It provides distinct prayer spaces, offering a separate area exclusively for women. Female practitioners are also taken care of in terms of purification facilities, as the mosque possesses an Odhu facility specifically purposed for pre-prayer ablutions.
