The Muslim Youth Leadership Association (MYLA) is excited to announce its Fall Term 2025 program! This initiative is specifically designed for young Muslim sisters aged 12 and above, offering a unique blend of spiritual growth, social engagement, and skill development in a supportive environment. 

Target Audience: Sisters ages 12 and above

Participants can look forward to engaging in Interactive Islamic Learning, participating in Fun Activities, benefiting from Special Guest Sessions, and exploring their talents in Creative Workshops

By combining interactive Islamic education with fun activities, creative workshops, and monthly social outings, the program ensures participants develop personally, spiritually, and socially within a supportive sisterhood.

A Program for Young Muslim Sisters

The Islamic Center of Pittsburgh is a welcoming mosque located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As an Islamic center, it caters to the Sunni Salafi denomination and offers a range of services and activities for its community members.

One of the main features of this mosque is its commitment to inclusivity. Women have their separate prayer space and there are facilities available for ablution (odhu). The center also ensures that the mosque is wheelchair accessible, with a designated prayer space and accessible toilets.

The Islamic Center of Pittsburgh provides a variety of services and activities for its community. It offers the five daily prayers as well as the Jumu'ah prayers on Fridays. Additionally, there are weekly Halaqa sessions for men to come together and engage in spiritual discussions. The center also runs a weekend school for kids and organizes special programs like Tarawih during the holy month of Ramadan, Itikaf during the last 10 days of Ramadan, and Ṣalāt al-Janāzah for funeral prayers.

In addition to its regular services, the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh also hosts a summer camp for children, providing them with an opportunity to learn, socialize, and engage in meaningful activities during the summer break.
