The Islamic Society of Greater Portland (ISGP) warmly invites you to celebrate Eid al-Adha with a joyful picnic at Hagg Lake. This festive event is scheduled for June 23, 2024, from 12 PM to 5 PM at the C Ramp Pavilion, located at 50250 SW Scoggins Valley Rd, Gaston, OR 97119.
This gathering promises a day full of sunshine, laughter, and community spirit. Attendees can enjoy a variety of delicious Halal food options, including hamburgers and hotdogs, for a nominal price of $6.50 per meal. Each meal comes with optional cheese, salad, watermelon, and chips. Free beverages such as water, tea, and coffee will also be available.
In addition to the scrumptious food, there will be free boat rides for everyone to enjoy, making the day even more special. While the event offers many amenities, families are welcome to bring their own food and snacks if they prefer.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, don't forget to bring sunblock, bee/insect repellents, hats, and sunglasses. Parking is available at the venue for $7.
