CrossFit 3040 presents an introduction to CrossFit for men 18 and older. All levels welcome; no experience needed. Hosted by VRIC Men's Committee, led by Coach Willie McLendon. Limited to 20 spots.

The Valley Ranch Islamic Center is located in Irving, Texas. Its location puts it in the center of the DFW metroplex with easy and quick access to major highways, DFW International airport, and high-end shopping centers and restaurants. VRIC serves the Muslim communities of Valley Ranch, Las Colinas and Coppell, along with other neighboring cities.

VRIC was established in 2009 to meet the needs of our growing community. Alhamdullilah we have grown tremendously since then and continue to see an increase in our congregation. VRIC provides several services including, but not limited to, five daily prayers, Friday prayer, study groups (halaqas), Ramadan programs (taraweeh and weekend iftars), weekday and weekend
