The Seerah of the Prophet

The Maqaame Ibrahim Islamic Center (MIIC) is a welcoming Sunni mosque located in Bethesda, Maryland, established in 2019. This community-focused center offers facilities for five daily prayers and serves as a hub for learning and outreach, promoting inclusivity among people from various backgrounds.

MIIC provides a nurturing environment where individuals can come together to grow in faith. The center holds daily prayers and special Jumu'ah (Friday) and Eid services. Its commitment to community is highlighted in its collaborative efforts to create a diverse and supportive atmosphere for all who visit.

For those interested in joining the prayers or community activities, MIIC is convenient to access. Daily prayers are held at their Downtown Bethesda location, while Friday prayers take place at a different nearby venue. 

The mosque is also designed with families in mind, featuring kid-friendly amenities, women's prayer space, and wheelchair accessibility to ensure everyone can participate comfortably. Visitors are encouraged to call ahead, as doors may be locked at times.
