SALAM is a welcoming mosque in Sacramento, California, established in 1987. It aims to create a community for worship, learning, and socializing, open to all people. The mosque follows the Sunni Salafi denomination and conducts services in English.

The mosque offers various amenities for women,  It provides essential services like the five daily prayers, Friday congregational prayers, and educational programs for both children and adults.

SALAM also organizes family nights, special prayers during Ramadan, marriage counseling, funeral prayers, and other community services. It focuses on fostering an American-Muslim identity, making it an essential place for individuals looking for a place to practice their faith and engage with others in the community.
