Join the West Coast Islamic Society this Ramadan for an enriching Quran competition! ALANSAR invites participants of all ages to showcase their recitation skills and Quranic knowledge. With categories tailored for various age groups, from the youngest at 6 years old to adults, everyone can participate. From Al-Adiyat to Al-Israa, participants will engage with selected Surahs, fostering a deeper connection with the Quran.

The event culminates in a special awards ceremony during Taraweeh prayers on the 28th of Ramadan, where winners will be celebrated and awarded with prestigious prizes and certificates of achievement. Non-winners will also receive certificates of completion for their dedication and effort.

Masjid Al-Ansar, part of the West Coast Islamic Society in Anaheim, CA, is a Sunni mosque serving the local community. Established in 1997, it offers a range of services in both Arabic and English, including daily salah, weekly khutbahs, lectures, and a weekend school.
