Pilates Summer Sessions instructed by Kinza Usmani, open to all levels. 1-hour mat Pilates sessions every Thursday from July 9th to September 3rd at 6:30 PM. Participants should bring a yoga/Pilates mat, magic circle, and 3 lb hand weights.
