Family Night for Palestine

The Islamic Center of South Bay, also known as Masjid Al Noor, is located in Lomita, California. Established in 1982 by local families, it serves as a welcoming place for the community. The mosque features a spacious prayer hall, library, and four classrooms, making it a hub for learning and spiritual activities.

Covering approximately 62,000 square feet, the center has various facilities, including a kitchen and a parking lot. It is designed to cater to the needs of its visitors, providing wheelchair-accessible prayer spaces and amenities. Though the space for women's prayer is shared, the community-focused atmosphere promotes inclusivity.

The Islamic Center hosts regular services, including the five daily prayers and two Jumu'ah prayers on Fridays, allowing for a vibrant calendar of activities. The center also organizes special events such as Family Night and Tarawih prayers during Ramadan, fostering a sense of togetherness among attendees.
