The Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California (ICCNC) is an independent, non-profit Islamic center located in Oakland, California. Established in 1989, ICCNC is a Sunni mosque that aims to foster an exchange of ideas about Islam through various means, including art, culture, and education programs.

ICCNC is a vibrant space that encourages a contemporary voice for diverse perspectives of Islam. The mosque has a prayer space with no separators for women and a dedicated area for Odhu facility.

While the availability of certain amenities like Odhu facility and toilets for wheelchair users is unknown, the presence of wheelchair accessibility indicates their consideration towards inclusivity.
