The Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California (ICCNC) is an independent, non-profit Islamic center located in Oakland, California. Established in 1989, ICCNC is a Sunni mosque that aims to foster an exchange of ideas about Islam through various means, including art, culture, and education programs.

ICCNC is a vibrant space that encourages a contemporary voice for diverse perspectives of Islam. It provides a dynamic environment for the community, offering facilities and amenities for both men and women. The mosque has a prayer space with no separators for women and a dedicated area for Odhu facility. 

For individuals with mobility needs, ICCNC offers wheelchair accessible amenities such as a prayer space and parking facilities. While the availability of certain amenities like Odhu facility and toilets for wheelchair users is unknown, the presence of wheelchair accessibility indicates their consideration towards inclusivity.

ICCNC conducts regular services including the five daily prayers, Jumu'ah (Friday) prayers, marriage services, and funeral prayers. These services provide the community with important religious rituals and social support during various life events.
