As we reflect on the sacrifices of Imam Hussain (ع) and the Ahlul Bayt, these evenings will be a time for prayer, remembrance, and renewal of our commitment to truth, justice, and faith. Each night features a program designed for the whole family, including a dedicated kid's program, dinner, and powerful reflections rooted in the legacy of Karbala.

7:10 PM – Dua Kumayl (Thursdays only).
7:30 PM – Ziyarat e Ashura.
7:45 – 8:30 PM – Tabarruk/Dinner.
8:40 PM – Maghrib & Isha Prayers.
9:00 PM – Majlis / Speech (with Kids Program).

Urdu Majales e Aza

The Shia Association of the Bay Area is an Islamic center located in San Jose, California. Established in 2001, it serves as a place for the Shia Jafari denomination of Islam. The center offers various services and activities to the community, including five daily prayers, two Jumu'ah prayers, and a weekend school for kids. Additionally, they provide facilities for marriage services and funeral prayers, known as Nikah and Salat al-Janazah, respectively. 

The center accommodates the needs of its diverse community by offering prayer spaces in both Arabic and English languages. It also provides separate prayer spaces for women. For convenience, there are parking facilities available on the premises. 

Accessibility is also prioritized, as the center offers wheelchair amenities such as accessible prayer spaces. However, specific information about wheelchair amenities like parking and toilets is currently unknown. 

In addition to its religious services, the Shia Association of the Bay Area organizes a summer camp, providing a fun and educational experience for children.
