Purification of the Heart

The Mosque Foundation is a vibrant Sunni mosque located in Bridgeview, Illinois. Established in 1954 by a group of Palestinian immigrants, it has grown into a central hub for religious and cultural activities, catering to a diverse community of over 50,000 Muslims.

This mosque offers a variety of services, including five daily prayers, special Jumu'ah prayers, and a weekend school for children. Additionally, the mosque provides personal and family counseling, along with Nikah (marriage) services and funeral prayers.

For the convenience of its members, the Mosque Foundation features separate prayer spaces for women and accommodates wheelchair access along with available parking on the premises. The community uses English for services, making it accessible to many.

The Mosque Foundation represents a significant gathering place for Muslims in the area, fostering a sense of community and support among its members.
