Kids Summer Camp

The Parkwood Masjid, also known as Masjid Ibad Ar-Rahman, is a mosque located in Durham, North Carolina. Established in 1981, it serves as a place of worship and gathering for the Muslim community in the area. The mosque follows the Sunni denomination and conducts services in English.

The mission of the Jamaat Ibad Ar-Rahman is to promote the practice of Islam in Durham and surrounding areas based on the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. The mosque provides a space for worship, education, and community engagement. It also focuses on promoting the social, economic, and moral well-being of Muslims in the region.

Parkwood Masjid offers various services such as the five daily prayers, two Jumu'ah prayers, Eid prayers, marriage services, and funeral prayers. The mosque is kid-friendly with separate prayer spaces for men and women. It also provides amenities for wheelchair users, ensuring that all members of the community can participate in worship and activities at the mosque.
