Strengthen your connection with the Qur’an by joining the Diyanet Center of America’s In-Person Qur’an Classes for Women. This special program is designed to help women of all levels learn, improve, and memorize the Qur’an with excellence while deepening spiritual understanding.

The course will cover Qa’idah Nooraniyah, fluency in Qur’an reading, tajweed rules, and memorization of selected surahs. Guided by qualified instructors, participants will have a supportive and inspiring learning environment to build confidence in recitation and enhance their spiritual journey.

Qur’an Classes for Women

The Diyanet Center of America, also known as the Turkish American Community Center, is a welcoming Islamic center located in Lanham, Maryland. Established in 1995, it serves the Sunni Muslim community and aims to provide clear and factual knowledge about Islam. The center emphasizes the importance of faith, worship, and moral principles while fostering values of justice, peace, and mutual understanding.

This mosque is designed with families in mind. It is kid-friendly and offers a range of services including the five daily prayers, Jumu'ah prayers, and special programs for both men and women, such as weekly Halaqas. The Diyanet Center also hosts Islamic education for children through its weekend school, ensuring that younger members of the community can learn about their faith in a supportive environment.

For visitors and worshippers, the center provides accessible facilities. There are separate prayer spaces for women and amenities such as Odhu facilities and parking available on the premises. The center strives to create an inclusive and comfortable environment for everyone who visits.
