Annual Huffaz Conference

The Institute of Islamic Education, also known as Masjidul Islam, is a welcoming Islamic center located in Elgin, Illinois. Established in 1989, it serves as a nondenominational mosque offering services mainly in English.

Visitors and community members can participate in five daily prayers and Jumu'ah prayers. The mosque also hosts special events like Eid prayers and family nights, providing a space for families to gather. For those seeking to deepen their knowledge, it offers both full-time and part-time Hifj programs.

The mosque is family-friendly, with amenities catering to women, including a separate prayer space and facilities for ablution. There are also provisions for accessibility, ensuring that everyone can comfortably participate in the activities. Additionally, parking is available on the premises, making it easy for visitors to access the mosque.

The Institute of Islamic Education is not just a place of worship; it fosters community, learning, and connection among its members.
