The center covers a significant area, with a total land area of 17,000 square feet. The building itself spans 3,000 square feet, providing ample space for worship and other activities.

Hillside Islamic Center caters to the Sunni denomination of Islam, offering services and programs in English to accommodate the diverse community it serves. It is an inclusive center that encourages people of all ages to participate actively in the activities and events.

The center is kid-friendly, with a dedicated weekend school for children and separate prayer spaces for women. It also provides wheelchair amenities, including wheelchair-accessible prayer spaces. While some amenities like parking and toilet facilities may have unknown availability, the center strives to provide a comfortable and accessible environment for all individuals.
