American Islamic Association

AIA Weekend Islamic School 

The American Islamic Association is a Sunni mosque located in Frankfort, Illinois. Established in 1979, this mosque offers a range of services and programs to its Muslim community and beyond. 

For individuals with mobility needs, the American Islamic Association offers wheelchair amenities such as wheelchair-accessible prayer space and parking. The availability of other amenities, such as an Odhu facility and toilets, is not specified.

In addition to the daily five prayers, the mosque also conducts Jumu'ah prayers and organizes a weekend school for kids. Adult Quran (Tajweed) learning sessions are offered, providing an opportunity for individuals to deepen their understanding of the Quran. During the holy month of Ramadan, the mosque organizes Tarawih prayers, allowing the community to come together in worship. Special Eid prayers are also held to celebrate the end of Ramadan.
