Understanding the many forms of bullying—beyond the obvious.

Exploring how self-worth and self-respect are connected to bullying behavior.

Reflecting on bullying from an Islamic perspective, emphasizing dignity, justice, and compassion.

Recognizing unintentional harm we may cause to others.

Providing tools for parents and teens (16+) to create safe, respectful environments at home, school, and in the community.
