The Masjid Al Noor, also known as the Mid-Hudson Islamic Association, is a mosque located in Wappingers Falls, New York. It was established in the early 1960s by a group of dedicated young families who initially held prayer services and Islamic classes in their homes. Through their hard work and the grace of Allah Almighty, they were able to build the beautiful Masjid Al Noor in 1990.

In the last 30 years, the Masjid has become a home for the Al Noor Islamic School, providing Islamic education for hundreds of Muslim children. Its primary mission is to create a gathering space for the local Muslim community, where they can come together and learn about the sacred faith of Islam.

The Masjid Al Noor is a Sunni mosque, and English is the primary language used in the services and activities conducted there. They offer a variety of services and programs including the five daily prayers, Jumu'ah prayers, a weekend school for kids, and adult Quran (Tajweed) learning. Additionally, they provide services such as Nikah (Marriage) ceremonies, Ṣalāt al-Janāzah (Funeral Prayer), and even a free clinic.

The mosque premises offer parking facilities, and there is a separate prayer space for women. While some of the wheelchair amenities are unknown, the mosque strives to create an inclusive environment for all its visitors.

Overall, the Masjid Al Noor serves as a spiritual and educational center, bringing the local Muslim community together and fostering a deeper understanding of Islam.
