The Alnoor Islamic Center in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, is an independent organization affiliated with MAS-RDU. It serves the Islam and Muslim communities in the Triangle area. The community chose the name Alnoor, meaning "the light."

This Sunni mosque offers services in Arabic, English, and Urdu languages. Established in 2017, it provides a welcoming environment for all volunteers to support its mission. The mosque is kid-friendly, with kid-friendly amenities and women's facilities available.

The Alnoor Islamic Center offers various services, including five daily prayers, three Jumu'ah prayers, a weekend school for kids, and Nikah (Marriage) services. It provides wheelchair-friendly amenities like accessible prayer spaces, Odhu facilities, parking, and toilets. The mosque's premise includes parking for visitors.
