Masjid Al-Khaleel, also known as Majlis-e-Isha’atul Qur'an, is a Sunni mosque located in Leicester, England. Established in 1997, this mosque has been serving the local community for over two decades. 

One of the primary purposes of Masjid Al-Khaleel is to record and distribute authentic commentaries (Tafseer) of the Holy Qur’an in Urdu. These recordings are available on CDs, aiming to enlighten and educate Urdu-speaking Muslims around the world. The mosque has been actively fulfilling this mission since its inception.

Apart from the Tafseer recordings, Masjid Al-Khaleel also provides various educational opportunities for children. It has Madrassa classes where young students can memorize the Qur’an and learn to recite it correctly. These classes are led by Sheikh Qari Zaid Tarapuri, a senior graduate in Islamic studies, and other teachers who have received training from him. Additionally, the Madrassa offers lessons on day-to-day masa-il (Islamic rulings), aqaa-id (beliefs), and Islamic morals.

The mosque is known for its inclusive approach as it conducts its affairs in English, ensuring that both the local community and English-speaking individuals can fully participate and benefit from the mosque's services.
