The Muslim Community Center (MCC) Al-Rahman is located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Established in 1990, it has its roots in the early 1990s, when a group of dedicated families started gathering in their homes for prayer. This community began to grow and formalize its activities, leading to the chartering of the community and offering prayer services at various locations before settling into its own space.

In the mid-1990s, MCC Al-Rahman began constructing its mosque, which was officially opened during Ramadan in 1999. Notably, it was the first mosque built from the ground up in Minnesota, while many others at the time were located in converted spaces. The center serves the Sunni denomination and conducts its services primarily in English.

MCC Al-Rahman is a family-friendly environment, featuring amenities like a separate prayer space for women and facilities for ablution. It also provides accessible prayer space for individuals with wheelchairs. The mosque offers various services, including three Jumu'ah prayers weekly, marriage services, funeral prayers, and even a free clinic to support the community's needs.
